Phil Oliver
A former Warwickshire and Staffordshire cricketer, Phil ventured into grounds maintenance at the end of his career. SInce then he has developed a wealth of experience as Head Groundsman at Worcester Grammar School as well in more recent times being on the team responsible for the Qatar World Cup pitches. He has also recently been involved in FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid FC renovations.
Lee Thomason
Lee currently plays cricket for Cambridgeshire & Sutton Coldfield as well as formerly Unicorns.
Lee first started working on grounds maintenance whilst at university under the supervision of Phil. In the past 7 years he has learnt from Phil and from his own experiences, and has now become an integral part of the company.
Mike Palmer
Mike has spent his playing years renowned as a top Birmingham League bowler.
Mike combined a successful management career in financial services with his passion for cricket, as chairman of Hampton & Solihull CC, where he kindled a passion for grounds maintenance.
Under Phil's tutelage and guidance, Mike has developed his grounds knowledge and now completes our experienced and enthusiastic team.
